These terms apply when you use this website, request a quote, approve an estimate, book a service, or buy products and workshop services from TOP BRAND TYRES L.L.C..

Information on this website is provided for general guidance about tyres, fitting, balancing, alignment, puncture repair, oil change, batteries, and related services. Product availability, prices, offers, and specifications may change without notice.
Quotes and bookings
A quote is confirmed only after TOP BRAND TYRES L.L.C. verifies tyre size, brand, quantity, vehicle fitment, stock availability, service requirements, and final price. Online requests and WhatsApp messages are enquiries until confirmed by our team.
Payment
Customers must pay the agreed amount for products and services unless credit terms are separately approved in writing. VAT, fitting, balancing, valves, disposal, alignment, or other labour charges may be shown separately where applicable.
Workshop service
Customers are responsible for sharing accurate vehicle, tyre size, mileage, locking nut, and service information. We may refuse or pause work where a vehicle condition, incorrect parts, safety concern, or missing customer approval prevents safe completion.
Warranty and returns
Product concerns are reviewed fairly
Warranty, exchange, return, and refund requests are handled according to the product condition, invoice, supplier or manufacturer assessment, and applicable UAE consumer protection requirements. Our refund policy explains the practical process for unused items, fitted tyres, workshop services, and warranty checks.
Customer responsibilities
Check the quotation, tyre size, brand, speed/load rating, quantity, and service details before approval.
Keep the original invoice for warranty, exchange, refund, or service review requests.
Inspect the vehicle and fitted products before leaving the workshop where practical.
Return promptly if there is a vibration, pressure loss, warning light, noise, or other concern after service.

If you have a question about a quote, invoice, service, warranty assessment, or website content, contact us with your invoice number, vehicle details, and photos where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits customer rights available under applicable UAE law.
